Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly refund the total amount you paid. There is no return shipping charges and our logistics partner will pick the parcel from you very soon....Please read the complete Refund Policy !!

We are happy to offer a 2-day, return policy. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with all tags/labels intact and also be in the original packaging. Our logistics partner will pick the parcel from you very soon.

After initiating the refund you just need to keep the parcel ready. You can pack the parcel in any delivery package suitably like polybag, courier bag, etc. and update with the below return address, Our logistics partner will pick the parcel from you very soon.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow for two weeks from the time that once you send the parcel, for us to process your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 2 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@eknaari.com and keep the parcel packed and ready and address all returns to the below address, our logistics partner will pick the parcel from you very soon. 

Cancellation

We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. And we generally ship the items within 1-2 working days- so please send if any cancellation, ASAP.  Once an order is dispatched, it can be considered as normal refund. Gifts Cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
