Do you charge for delivery?
We offer FREE shipping on every order above INR 300 within India. We will charge INR 50 as shipping charges, in case your order value is below INR 300.

How can I track my order?
As soon you purchase the item, you can sign in to your account and go to my orders history and check details about Orders and then click on track order. You will see all the updates on your shipment there. You will also be notified by SMS and Email about your purchase order, shipment, delivery, etc at every action.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within 1-2 working days. For Orders within NCR, we process and ship orders within 1 day. We try to get your product as soon as possible, nonetheless, in some situations, it may take a bit longer and we cannot provide any guarantees for the third party logistics company. In event of any delay from the courier company, we will be doing a follow-up on your behalf with the courier company to sure the item is delivered to you earliest without any hassle.

Can I get my order delivered earlier?
We process your orders in the quickest possible time, within 1-2 working days. The rest of the time is taken by the courier companies and hence is outside of our authority. Accordingly, the fastest we can deliver is 2-7 days and also based on your location.

What will happen if I missed my delivery today?
If you were not present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Most of the logistics company try to make two additional attempts within 3 days, after which your package will be returned to us. You can ask for it to be re-ordered in future, depending on your availability.

Who is your shipping and logistics partner?
We use FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, EcomExpress, Speedpost, etc for all our shipping. Shipping is free for any order above 300 Rs. You will be notified on SMS and email when your order is shipped with a tracking number and other details. You can also track directly from the courier company with help of a tracking number if required. As we cannot provide any guarantees for the third party logistics company. In event of any delay from the courier company, we will be doing a follow-up on your behalf with the courier company to sure the item is delivered to you earliest without any hassle.

I would like to return something I bought?
We are happy to offer a 2-day, "No Questions Asked" return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag/labels attached. Your return shipping charges will be free. Please keep the parcel packed and ready and address all returns to our address, our logistics partner will pick the parcel from you.
Please allow for two weeks from the time that once you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Check our refund policy for more details.

I would like to cancel something I have bought?
We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please email us at support@eknaari.com. Also check our refund policy for more details.

How can I return a product if it is defective?
In case of receiving any defective item, please contact Customer Service via email at support@eknaari.com, within 2 days from the date of delivery. So we can arrange an exchange of the item ASAP. Please check refund policy for more details.

Can I exchange an item with any other item on the website?
Currently, we are not offering any exchanges other than defective items if you received. If you receive any defective item, please email us immediately within 2 days at support@eknaari.com, so we can arrange an exchange for the item.

What all modes of payment is accepted on EkNaari?
We accept all types of Debit Card, Credit Card including Visa/Mastercard, AMEX, Netbanking, UPI including Paytm, Phonepay and Tez. At present are NOT offering Cash on Delivery(COD) after Covid but it will be available soon.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we don’t ship internationally. We do hope to make this available soon.
